1) How did you choose to name your teas?

A - As a brand developed by millennials, the names of our teas were chosen to be contemporary and playful. In short - they make us feel good when we see them, and we hope they will invoke conversation about what health should look like.

 

2) There's a big difference in the price per serving between your two sizes, what's up with that?

A - Our pricing is always fair and transparent. The larger quantity you buy the better value you get. Our cost of packaging and shipping does not change much based on size, so when you buy our "Single" you're paying a higher percentage on packaging. Once you find a blend you love we recommend buying the "Double", and subscribing for further savings.

 

3) What if I'm not happy with my purchase?

A - If you tried a blend and it just wasn't your thing, we will gladly replace it so you can find the perfect blend for your palate and your needs. If you just want a refund, you can email us and we'll get you a return label. Once we receive your return we'll issue you a refund.

 

4) What kind of safety precautions are you taking to minimize the spread of Covid-19?

A - Your safety is a top priority to us! Everyone on our staff is fully vaccinated, and we take all CDC recommendations in our blending and fulfillment facility, including washing hands regularly, wearing surgical face masks and gloves.
