1) How are your signature tea blends created?

We begin with a vision for the experience we want each tea to provide, then dive into extensive research, drawing inspiration from Indigenous American ethnobotany, Chinese herbalism, Ayurveda, and European folk traditions. After sourcing the highest quality herbs, teas, and botanicals, we test combinations ourselves, refining each blend with culinary herbs, florals, and tea leaves to create a balanced, flavorful, and beautifully aromatic cup.

 

2) How are your teas flavored so deliciously?

Naturally! Every ingredient in our blends contributes to the flavor you taste. We never use artificial or "aded" flavorings, scented oils, or sweeteners. Each cup showcases premium, carefully sourced teas, herbs, and florals from around the world, blended by a chef and herbalist, to create rich, nuanced, and delicious flavor profiles.

 

3) Where do you get your herbs and teas from?

Whenever possible, we source directly from farmers for everything else we work with trusted importers specializing in Fair Trade practices—ensuring ethical sourcing and and the highest quality organically grown ingredients.

 

4) How is your Kombucha made?

Our Kombucha is brewed and bottled in a safety-inspected commercial kitchen. We start with Darjeeling black tea (the “champagne of teas”) and organic cane sugar, then add fresh fruit purées or juices for flavor. That’s it—no vinegars, artificial flavors, preservatives, or colors.

 

5) Do you have traditional teas?

Yes! Our "Legacy Teas" are cleaner versions of classic teas, like Earl Grey, crafted entirely from real ingredients—no artificial flavors, only fine black teas and actual bergamot peel. We also offer a curated selection of single leaf teas, apothecary herbs, ceremonial grade matcha and custom blends.

 

6) Why is there a difference in price per serving between sizes?

Our pricing is fair and transparent. Larger quantities provide better value because packaging and shipping costs are a smaller percentage of the total. Once you find a blend you love, we recommend purchasing larger sizes or subscribing for ongoing savings.

 

7) What if I’m not happy with my purchase?

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If a tea isn’t the right fit, we’ll gladly help you find a better match or replace it. If you prefer, we can issue a full refund.
