Return & Refund Policy

At The RX Tea Shop, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of tea and consumable goods, all sales are subject to the following policy.

 

Satisfaction Guarantee on Tea & Consumable Products

Your experience matters to us. If you are not satisfied with your tea, we want to make it right.

Unopened Products

Unopened and unused tea and herbal products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original, sealed condition. Once approved, we are happy to offer:

  • A replacement

  • Store credit

  • Or a refund to your original payment method

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or sent incorrectly.

Opened Products

If you have opened your tea and find that it is not the right fit for your taste, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. While opened consumable products cannot be returned for safety reasons, we are happy to:

  • Replace your tea with a different blend better suited to your preferences, or

  • Provide store credit toward a future purchase

Our goal is for you to enjoy every cup, and we are always happy to help guide you toward flavors you will love.

 

Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect items).

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, The RX Tea Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package was misdelivered, please contact the carrier directly. We are happy to assist with filing a claim when applicable.
